Instructions
1. | Wash the salt off the kombu strips. |
2. | Boil a 2/3 full pot of water. Add the kelp strips and cook for 5 minutes. Rinse the kelp strips under running cold water then drain the water. Cut them into 10cm/4" segments. If your tap water is not safe to drink, use boiled water to rinse the kelp strips. |
3. | Prepare the Basic dressing (dark). |
4. | Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl and place the mixture in an air-tight container. Store the salad in the fridge for at least 6 hours. |

1. | 海帶絲用水沖洗掉多餘的鹽份。 |
2. | 燒滾2/3鍋的水。放入海帶絲煮5分鐘。撈出海帶用冷水沖涼後瀝乾,並剪成10cm/4"小段。如果你的自來水不能生飲,請用冷開水沖。 |
3. | 準備基本涼拌醬汁(濃)。 |
4. | 將所有材料放進一個大盆裡拌勻後裝入保鮮盒進冰箱冷藏至少6個小時。 |
